Our relaxing candle is made with coconut wax and imported essential oils from England. Our calming blend of essential oils includes Sweet Orange, Lavender, Geranium, Patchouli, and Frankincense. This calm aromatherapy candle offers a variety of benefits such as:

Relieve anxiety: Sweet orange essential oil has a sweet, uplifting scent that can calm nervous tension, lift feelings of sadness and promote restful sleep in cases of insomnia.

Directions & Dosage

Trim the wick to 5mm before use to ensure even burning and prevent the flame from becoming too large.

Research & Studies

Sweet Orange Essential Oil for anxiety:

In a study involving a group of volunteers, they were asked to inhale sweet orange essential oil, tea tree essential oil or water during an anxiety-inducing situation. The result showed that sweet orange essential oil can reduce anxiety.

Lavender and Sweet Orange Essential Oil for sleep quality:

In a study conducted in Iran, orange and lavender essential oils were topically applied on participants three times a week for three weeks. The control group received routine care without essential oils. In the end, the group that was using essential oils reportedly had better quality sleep. The mean score of sleep quality was significantly different compared to the control group.

Geranium for anxiety:

The use of essential oils was introduced to women in distress during labor in a research study. The group who used rose geranium essential oil was found to have less anxiety after inhalation.

Lavender for anxiety & sleep quality:

A study examined the effects of lavender essential oil aromatherapy on anxiety and sleep quality in patients undergoing chemotherapy. There was a significant difference in the lavender group and a significant change in the Pittsburgh Quality Sleep Index before and after chemotherapy was observed

Frankincense for stress:

In a recent experiment, adult male rats who were sleep-deprived were given frankincense essential oil (EO) to see how it affected their sleep patterns. When frankincense essential oil was applied topically in diluted (1:103 with jojoba oil) and undiluted formulations, decreased levels of the stress markers corticosterone and glutathione were found in the sleep-deprived rats.

Patchouli for anxiety and fatigue:

A study was conducted to investigate the effects of patchouli when inhaled by a group of nurses. The results showed that compassion fatigue and level of stress were significantly lower among the group.

We take pride in handcrafting our candles in small batches in Hong Kong, ensuring quality and attention to detail. Our candles are made with natural coconut wax and all-natural essential oils imported from the UK. We use wooden wicks that provide a soothing crackling sound and eco-friendly containers that are reusable and sustainable.
